John formed Grakka Limited in 2003, having previously worked as an early day Internet entrepreneur, a commercial hot air balloon pilot, and an Engineering Officer in the Royal Navy Submarine Service.  John works on sales and business planning.

Jane oversees all aspects of financial management and planning at Grakka Limited. Formerly a Director of Close Invoice Finance Ltd, Jane is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Samantha (Sam) Bird has been closely associated with John's businesses since 1990. As Operations Manager, Sam is responsible for the order fulfillment process. Additional roles include Office and Warehouse Manager.

Brigitte provides customer services for sales conducted through Grakka's subsidary retail sales business Arden Smoker Supplies. She is also the primary point of contact for any end user issues relating to the products distributed by Grakka Limited; for example spare parts and warranty issues.

Before joining Grakka in spring 2010, Ben Davies, a graduate of the Leiths School of Food and Wine, worked in professional kitchens in the UK and France.  Ben will be building trade sales accross all of the Grakka distributed brands as well as performing live cookery demonstrations at trade and consumer events.
